Shweta Sharma

Shweta Sharma, an MBA from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, is the principal consultant; and has over 17 years of industry as well as consulting experience. She has worked with Companies like NIS Sparta Ltd and 3i Infotech (formerly known as ICICI Infotech). Shweta possesses an array of skills having motivated teams of dynamic professionals in various cultures with multinational corporations as well as PSUs.

Her strength lies in understanding the needs of the clients and creating and customizing the training solutions based on the needs. This makes each training solution to be unique. Focus in training solutions is both on “what to do” and “how to do it”. Training is based on experiential learning and the training solutions provide lots of opportunities to practice skills learnt.

Ravikant Maurya

Ravikant Maurya is a trainer/consultant in the area of Human Resource Management with 10 years of work experience. His passion is to help individuals and organizations realize their true potential. He has gained high technical expertise in the areas of Learning Facilitation, Training and Development, Project Management, Competency Mapping & Assessment Centres, Counseling and other Organizational Development Interventions. He specializes in interventions based on Transaction Analysis.

He has conceptualized, designed and implemented several human resource management projects for companies such as PepsiCo India Ltd, Technova Imaging Systems, Lupin Ltd, Lathia Rubbers, Satyam, RBI, Golden Swan Group and Ambuja Cements.

Chetna Garg

Chetna Garg is a management graduate from ICFAI Business School.

Chetna has experience of various HR disciplines including Learning & Development, Recruitment, Employee Benefits, Performance Appraisal, Policies, and Audits.

Sonika Sharma

Sonika Sharma has over ten years experience in the field of Education and Training.

She has also worked as an active member of the Defence organisation helping wives and wards of servicemen to gear up and enhance professionalism and image improvement at both organisational and individual level.

Sumali Nagarajan,

Sumali Nagarajan, a post-graduate from Lady Irwin College, topped in M.Sc. Honours (Textiles and Clothing) in 1993 and lectured in her alma-mater, in B.Sc. and M.Sc. programs, after successfully clearing the UGC Exam for Junior Research Fellowship and Eligibility for Lectureship.

She has been a faculty of National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) in Mumbai and Banglore. She has trained and worked at prestigious Montessori School for about 3 years. She is teaching the students of a local Govt. School to help them better their prospects of success in future. She is also actively supporting an orphanage “Ashramam” in Telecom Nagar.
